DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE
Any products that arrive damaged due to shipping will always be replaced upon receipt of a digital image confirming the damage or defect sent to us at email@example.com. Joseph Nogucci pieces come with a 30-day limited warranty for defective items.
Pieces that become damaged or defective more than 30 days after receipt may or may not be replaced, the decision being made on a case-by-case basis. In these cases, please provide us with a digital image confirming the damage.
Individual charms, beads, and starter bands purchased from http://iris.josephnogucci.com cannot be exchanged.
Eligible products may be returned for a full refund within one month of their receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging, in addition to not violating any of the terms outlined on this page. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to arrange your return and refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your returned item and refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items ordered through third-party promotional partners, including but not limited to those ordered with vouchers sold by these partners, are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Items ordered through internal sales promotions, including but not limited to those ordered with internally distributed discount codes, can only be returned for store credit, not a cash refund.
Custom engraved products are non-refundable, and may not be returned.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND NOTIFICATION
If you believe that you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again to be sure it hasn't been posted. Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The sender will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
