How do I redeem my voucher code?

If you're trying to apply a voucher code to your order, you will need to do so on the payment page at the very end of the check-out process. The payment page comes after the customer/shipping information page. On the payment page, the discount box is just above the empty boxes you fill out to enter your payment information. Enter your discount code into the empty field in the discount box and click APPLY, just to the right of the box itself. This will visibly adjust the price and confirm that 'You have applied a discount with a value of ___.' Now, all you have to do is to complete the purchase and confirm the order. If you receive an error message, please take a moment to identify which error you have received. If the error message is 'Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered,' please ensure that you have entered the discount code exactly as you received it.

A voucher code including a hyphen (-) would need to have that included as well, for example. If you are sure you've entered the correct code but still receive this error message, please submit a support ticket request by e-mailing us at info@josephnogucci.com. Please include the voucher code in your inquiry and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The price of the products does not match my voucher's discount. Is something wrong?

The listed prices of our products do not reflect on your voucher's discount. The total price of your order will be reduced to match your voucher's promotional value once the voucher code is redeemed. Once the voucher code is applied to your order towards the end of the check-out process - see the above entry on redeeming your voucher code for more assistance - the price will be adjusted.

If your order only contains products covered by the voucher that you have applied, the price will be reduced to $0, and you will be able to check-out without any additional charge or the need to enter any payment information. If there is an additional charge after the voucher has been successfully applied, this means that the items in your shopping cart are either not covered by your voucher, or the quantity of covered items exceeds the voucher's maximum allotment. In these cases, we recommend going back to your shopping cart and confirming your contents match your voucher, paying special attention to the numbers in the quantity column.

Where do I retrieve my voucher code?

IRIS voucher codes are purchased from - and distributed by - our registered promotional partners. If you are unsure of where to find your voucher code, the first place to check should be the email inbox tied to your account with the promotional partner that sold your particular voucher. Your email confirming the purchase of your IRIS voucher will include a link to your voucher itself on your account - follow this link, retrieve your voucher code, and follow any instructions listed there. If you cannot find your confirmation email for the purchase of your IRIS voucher, you will be able to locate it by logging into your account with our promotional partner on their website and looking into your past purchases. Your IRIS voucher will be listed there. For further assistance with retrieving your voucher code, you would need to contact the customer service team of the promotional partner in question - they will be pleased to assist you. IRIS cannot, unfortunately, access your voucher or inform you of the code until it is redeemed on our site in an order.

 

May I redeem multiple voucher codes in the same order?

Unfortunately, only a single discount code can be applied to any given IRIS order, so multiple vouchers would have to be redeemed separately. As there is no shipping charge on IRIS orders placed with or without a voucher code, you will not under any circumstances be charged any shipping or handling for placing several IRIS orders in succession.

 

I cannot add items to my shopping cart. What should I do?

Although it is rare, customers have occasionally experienced difficulties when trying to place their order using certain computers, mobile devices, and web browsers. If you are not able to add products to your shopping cart, it will most likely be resolved by trying to use a different web browser or computer/mobile device. If selecting a new web browser, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to place your order - Internet Explorer has had the most instances of technical difficulties of the major web browsers interacting with the IRIS store, so we do not recommend using it to place your order.

 

How do I log into my IRIS account?

An account with a promotional partner cannot be used to log into the IRIS store, even when an IRIS voucher was purchased under this account from the promotional partner. To create an IRIS account, you may register from our log-in page or by checking the applicable box while placing your order with us. If you are having difficulties logging into your account, we recommend clicking the 'Forgot Your Password' link below the customer log-in. An email will be sent to the email address provided during registration asking you to change your password and confirm your account. I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Should I be worried?

If you successfully completed and confirmed your order, you will be taken to a confirmation page that will give you an order number beginning with IR. At the same time, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address provided during the ordering process. If you cannot locate this email in the inbox tied to your IRIS order, you may find it in your SPAM/JUNK folder. If it is not there, please contact us at info@josephnogucci.com and we will be pleased to look into it further for you. Please include all relevant information - if possible, include the IR order number you received on the confirmation page after having placed your order. If you do not have your order number, please include your voucher code.

 

How are orders shipped, and can I track my package?

IRIS orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations free of charge within the United States of America and Canada. UPS Mail Innovations is a joint venture between UPS and USPS. UPS carries the package to the intended recipient's local post office, and USPS completes the delivery from there. Once your IRIS order ships, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address provided during the ordering process. The tracking number will work on both sites - UPS/USPS - at different points in the shipping process, once each carrier has received the package and scanned it. To track your package shortly after it has shipped, use your tracking number on UPS.com. Once it has progressed to your local post office, track your package by visiting USPS.com. Tracking information may not be available for approximately twenty-four hours after shipping. If your package has not moved and it has been more than twenty-four hours since you received your shipping notification, please contact us at info@josephnogucci.com.

 

I've placed my order, but I'd like to make a change. Is this possible?

Please confirm that the shipping address entered during the check-out process is accurate and complete before placing your order. Please confirm that you are satisfied with the contents of your order before confirming and placing it. Once an order has been confirmed and placed, the order's invoice is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, fulfillment, and shipping. Orders placed early in the day are typically shipped before close of business that same day, and most all others are shipped the following day. As such, we do request that extra care be taken when placing an IRIS order, particularly an order containing a variety of products. Once confirmed, it is unlikely that the order's contents can be altered. The shipping address is more likely to be correctable before shipping, but we must be contacted shortly after the order has been placed to do so. If you need to make a change to your shipping address on an IRIS order, please call 1-888-255-1795 for assistance. Once shipped, a package cannot be rerouted.
